The 2024 Alabama Optional Training Camp was a phenomenal event! Over 60 dedicated gymnasts, 20 passionate coaches, and 17 skilled judges came together on July 31st at the University of Alabama's state-of-the-art gymnastics training facility.
It was an incredible day filled with learning, growth, and camaraderie among our talented optional athletes and coaches. A massive thank you to Meg Henry for her tireless efforts in organizing this event, and to the University of Alabama for graciously hosting us in their amazing facility.
We're thrilled to have kicked off what we hope will be a series of training opportunities for gymnasts of all levels in Alabama.
